Celebrating the Chinese Year of the Tiger, this 1 Kilogram silver bullion lunar coin is minted by Australia’s Perth Mint in 0.9999 fine silver.

Newly issued for 2022, the Tiger is the third of the twelve animals in the Chinese zodiac. Those born in the Year of the Tiger are said to be brave, competitive and confident. They are very charming and well-liked by others.

The reverse of the 1 Kilogram  silver lunar coin features striking imagery of a tiger cub following its proud and protective parent across rocky terrain featuring ferns and bamboo along with the Chinese character for Tiger and the year 2022.

The obverse of the coin features a Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Australia’s monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, and the coin’s weight and silver purity “1 Kilogram  9999 Ag”.
