Payments & Order Specialist
Location: Singapore
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Payments & Order Specialist to join our expanding team! In this position, you will be part of a mission-critical team responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing customer payments. The Position
- Processing incoming and outgoing customer-related payments such as buy & sell orders, deposits, and withdrawals in multiple currencies.
- Making decisive and practical decisions on how to handle payments, while considering context, customer experience, and business objectives.
- Address customer inquiries related to payments and orders.
- Liaise with global customers on verification, due diligence, issuing payment reminders & invoices, and remitting refunds.
- Manage banking relationships and compliance.
- Perform other payment related duties as assigned by managers.

- Payments Expertise: Previous experience with payments in a fast-paced retail and / or financial services environment.

- Attention to Detail: Given the nature of payments, you should be precise with numbers and meticulous in all aspects of your work, such as accurately tallying figures down to the cent.

- Efficiency: While you are careful and thorough, you perform tasks efficiently and in an organized manner, continually seeking ways to improve your processes. You have a strong ability to complete projects effectively.

Location
The job location is BullionStar's HQ at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.
5-day work week, 1 Saturday or Sunday inclusive.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
